We would like to introduce our "Intestinal Bacteria Testing and Norovirus Testing Service." We propose a stool testing method that can detect not only O-157 but also other types of E. coli, as well as a highly sensitive genetic test as a measure against norovirus. There are various methods for testing norovirus, such as RT-PCR and ELISA, but the R-PCR method we are proposing is the mainstream choice. Compared to RT-PCR, the sensitivity of the ELISA method is relatively low at around 63%, and it takes longer to conduct the test.
